I've just added a new page over in the History section that contains the text of a written statement made by Roland Deneault, Cachalot's first Camp Director, describing his recollections of the earliest days of Cachalot.
This is something I'm trying out for the first time--posting one of our "source" documents, along with a PDF scan of the document. Let me know what you think, or if you'd like to see more documents like this. Keep in mind that we don't always keep copies of the documents we make notes from, although we try to when possible, and that the vast majority of these document are things like meeting minutes and aren't exactly exhilarating reading.
I'm also hunting through my records to find a picture of Mr. Deneault, which I think I have somewhere (although I think it's more than likely a bad photocopy from an old article in the Standard-Times.) If and when I find one, I'll add it to the page. _________________ Dennis
